You need to go to this website and check out this kitchen faucet. It is turned on by a touch from your finger, arm, wrist, etc to help reduce cross-contamination. It also shuts off after four minutes if no one is there to stop it. This is really neat. Too bad it's $500! I bet it would be well worth it in a busy kitchen, restaurant or bakery. Found it interesting and thought I would share.
